The Film and Publication Board in partnership with Child Rights NGO, Molo Songololo will tomorrow host a dialogue on Child Pornography and the Cyber-Safety of children in the City of Cape Town.

As part of Child Protection Week 2014, the FPB and Molo-Songololo have been engaged in a number of programmes aimed at promoting the rights of children and at creating awareness on child safety and protection.

The dialogue to be held on 06 June 2014 will receive presentations from the South African Police Services, National Prosecuting Authority, Department of Home Affairs, Cape Town Metro Police and Google-SA.

The dialogue will be focused on experiences and cases involving cyber-crimes against children and the apparent rise in cases of Child Pornography currently being recorded in the Western Cape.
